Has the ACCC given any consideration to, or initiated any investigation into, the market structure and level of competition regarding the provision of Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) to the legal profession in New South Wales, specifically concerning the presence of a single or dominant provider? 2. If so, what was the result of that consideration/investigation?
