Senator BARBARA POCOCK: Can I just ask you, chair, to confirm the three partners that you are now formally investigating: are they Paul Rogers, Eileen Hoggett and Julian McPherson? Ms Court: I can confirm the first two names we are investigating in relation to issues associated with Lendlease. I don't have the third name with me. I can't confirm the third name as I'm sitting here right now. Senator BARBARA POCOCK: Could you take that on notice to confirm with us and perhaps take advice while we're sitting here? Ms Court: I will do my very best. I'm sure somebody listening will help me out.
