1. During Estimates, ASIC identified the principal factors contributing to current insolvency trends. 2. Please provide any analysis undertaken by ASIC of the factors associated with company insolvencies in: a. FY25; and b. FY26 to date. 3. Please identify and rank: a. the ten most commonly identified factors associated with insolvencies; and b. the proportion attributable to each factor. 4. Please provide any industry-specific analysis undertaken by ASIC regarding the drivers of insolvency in: a. Construction; b. Hospitality and food services; c. Retail trade; and d. Transport and logistics. 5. Has ASIC identified any emerging causes of insolvency that were not prominent prior to FY22? 6. If so, please provide details.
