ATO - Relocation of ATO Adelaide office to Festival Tower 2

Question

1. Can the ATO provide details of the rate it will be charged per square metre if the proposed relocation of ATO offices to the yet to be completed Festival Tower 2 goes ahead? 2. Will the ATO be charged market rate for its tenancy of Festival Tower 2, or has a reduced rate been offered? 3. Why is the ATO considering relocating from its current premises? 4. Can the ATO provide details of how the decision was made, and disclose the rationale for this decision, that Festival Tower 2 was the most suitable option and best value for money for the ATO to relocate to?
