Question

1. Was the ATO consulted regarding the Governments budget changes on tax? On what dates, and which areas / which senior ATO officers were consulted? 2. Did the ATO raise any concerns regarding implementation risk, compliance costs or administrative complexity associated with the Budget tax measures? 3. Did the ATO recommend any changes to the design of the measures? Were these suggestions accepted? 4. Did the ATO provide any advice to Treasury, the Assistant Treasurer, or the Treasurer? On what dates?
