Question

1. Given the substantial delay to SPF implementation and increasing consumer losses, how will the Treasury ensure appropriate protections for consumers against scams across these industries? 2. Are the majority of romance scams stemming from dating apps? 3. Given that dating apps are not included in the current SPF designation, how does Treasury propose to address losses from romance scams? 4. How does Treasury justify this delay to critical consumer protections, considering worsening consumer harm?
