Question

Australian Competition Tribunal In February, the ARC's Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision Making and Society released their report 'AI Transparency in Practice'. On page 14, the agency is listed as presumably being bound by the policy for the responsible use of AI in government and not having a readily available AI transparency statement, as required by the policy. 1. Does the agency believe it has obligations under the policy? If YES: 2. Has the agency published an AI transparency statement? If so, on what date? 3. Where is this statement published? Identify how it can be navigated to from the home page of the agency's website. 4. Does the agency believe it is reasonably easy to access its AI transparency statement?
