? Since Labor came to power, population is up 1.9 million but houses completed are up by 615,000 - why this mismatch? ? Has Treasury modelled the nexus between housing and migration? ? Is spending on the new homes bonus counted towards the Government's announced $6.3 billion housing infrastructure spend? ? What are each components $6.3 billion housing infrastructure spend? ? How often does the Minister request an update as to how the target is travelling? ? Does the Department take account of demolitions in its housing targets, these are around 20,000 per year? More specifically, is there a focus on net or gross completions?
