PC - Philanthropy report recommendations and response

Question

Senator DEAN SMITH: Mr Robson, you're familiar with the Productivity Commission report into philanthropic giving. Is my account of events correct? I recall that, when the draft report was released, the government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, was quick to reject one of the recommendations of that draft report, which concerned suggested reforms around school-building funds. Is my account of events correct? Prof. Robson: I can take that on notice. That's my memory as well, but I'm happy to check.
