PC - Commission engagement on labour reforms

Senator HUME: Well, I'm glad you said that, because I wanted to ask you whether the government has asked the commission to assess any productivity outcomes from the closing-the-loopholes reforms. Those reforms are currently undergoing a review. I would imagine that the Productivity Commission's input into that review would be invaluable. Have you been asked to provide any evidence or do any work on the closing-the-loopholes bill? Ms Wood: Not to my knowledge, but I can take that on notice.
