When will draft legislation on changes to TEQSA's powers be introduced to Parliament? 3. What reforms will be included in such a Bill? 4. Will there be consultation on that Bill? 5. Will there be a cost-benefit analysis undertaken on any enhanced powers for TEQSA and the impact on the higher education sector? 6. How do enhanced powers for the higher education regulator link with the Government's productivity reform agenda?
