Question

1. In relation to TEQSA's 12 February sector alert regarding commercial academic cheating service activities on campus-how many instances of student blackmail has TEQSA been made aware of? 2. Have any of these matters been referred to the Australian Federal Police or state police? a) If not - why not, given TEQSA's own alert describes this as criminal behaviour? 3. What additional powers, if any, does TEQSA believe it needs to deal with this more effectively? 4. What specific protections or reporting pathways exist for students who are being blackmailed but fear academic consequences if they disclose they used a cheating service?
