Question

1.Did the FWC General Manager warn the National Construction Industry Forum that organised crime linked workers were moving onto Suburban Rail Loop sites? 2.How many complaints or reports of breaches of workplace laws has the Fair Work Commission received that relate specifically to the Suburban Rail Loop in Victoria? a) 2024-2025, b) 2025-2026. 3.What dates were those reports received for 2024-2025 and 2025-2026? 4. How were the allegations of breaches of workplace laws on the Suburban Rail Loop, received? Did they come from the Victorian Government, the Department of Infrastructure or the Infrastructure Minister? 5. Has the Minister of Employment and Workplace Relations reported any of these allegations to the FWC? 6. What happens when allegations are reported to the FWC, are they referred to the Fair Work Ombudsman or the relevant authorities such as Victoria Police? 7. Has the FWC briefed the CFMEU Administrator about compromised delegates, officials or safety representatives on Suburban Rail Loop sites?
