Were the furniture, fixtures or fittings of the Secretary's/agency head's office, or the offices of any Deputy Secretaries/executive leadership team members, upgraded in financial year 2025-26 to date? Please provide an itemised list of costs (GST inclusive). Please provide photographs of the works conducted.
