On workplace compensation claims: 1. Since 1 January 2023, how many claims has Comcare considered which raise, as an element of the claim, the use of generative artificial intelligence technology like ChatGPT and GovAI? For each such claim, identify the year the claim was made, the generative AI technology/technologies involved, the nature of the claim, the department/agency that the claim originates from and the outcome of the claim? 2. How many such claims is Comcare currently considering? (the details of these need not be published) 3. Since 1 January 2023, how many claims has Comcare considered which raise 'AI psychosis', the development of psychosis as a result of generative AI use, as an element of the claim?
