Question

In SBE25-26 question SQ25-001840, Comcare was asked 'did the agency/department appoint an [AI Accountable Official] by 30 November 2024?'. Comcare's answer was ''Comcare has appointed an accountable official.'' This is not an acceptable answer and demonstrates a disdain for the Senate's role as a house of review. 1. When did Comcare appoint an accountable official? 2. According to DTA, Comcare met the deadline. Why did Comcare fail to answer this when first asked? 3. Is Comcare always this difficult when answering questions, or does this attitude only apply to questions on notice?
