Question

a. Since the February 2026 hearing, have any further licences been suspended or not renewed? What is the current number of active providers? b. Of the 17 providers on conditional performance plans, how many have had their plans extended, terminated, or resolved? What were the outcomes? c. The 26-week employment outcome rate was 11.7% against a 15% target as at February 2026. What is the current rate, and what is the trend over the past 12 months? d. Of the $10.6 million recovered across all programs in the first three years, how much related to fraudulent claims versus contractual breaches versus data errors? e. The tip-off line received thousands of complaints. What proportion result in investigation, and what is the average time from complaint to outcome? f. The Department recovered $10.6 million from providers over three years. Is the Department satisfied that the recovery amount reflects the true scale of non-compliance? g. In announcing reforms to employment services, the Minister announced a 16 month extension to current Workforce Australia contracts. Does this apply to all contracts? Are there any circumstances on which contracts would not be renewed?
