Please provide the average Commonwealth contribution per completed Fee-Free TAFE qualification by: a) State and Territory; b) Qualification category; and c) Individual qualification, where available. 2. Does the Department calculate the cost per completed Fee-Free TAFE qualification? 3. If so, please provide the methodology used. 4. If not, why is that information not collected or reported?
