Parent Pathways had 22,205 people on its caseload and 730 exits to employment as at September 2025 - an employment rate of approximately 3.3%. What are the most recent figures? a. Is that outcome rate consistent with the program's design intent? b. How does the Parent Pathways employment exit rate compare to its predecessor ParentsNext, and what explains any difference? c. Parent Pathways is voluntary. What proportion of eligible parents have chosen to enrol, and what has engagement looked like in regional and remote areas? d. What is the Department's assessment of the cost per sustained employment outcome under this program?
