Question

1. Does the Office of the Australian Energy Infrastructure Commissioner assess cumulative impacts of renewable energy and transmission projects at a district or regional level, rather than only on a project-by-project basis. 2. If yes, please describe the method used and identify any framework, guidance, model or document that records that approach. 3. If no, please state whether the Commissioner has recommended that such an assessment framework be developed. 4. Please provide, for calendar year 2025: a. the total number of complaints received; b. the number of complaints by project type, including: i. wind; ii. solar; and iii. transmission; c. the number of complaints by issue type, including: i. land access; ii. compensation; iii. roads; and iv. insurance; d. the number of unresolved complaints at 31 December 2025; and e. whether the Office has undertaken, commissioned, or considered any mapping or assessment of cumulative impacts across a district or region. 5. If yes, please identify that work. 6. If no, please state whether any such work has been proposed or recommended.
