Please provide a complete list of all major electricity transmission lines and interconnectors for which the AER has approved a final Contingent Project Application (CPA) since 1 July 2022 - 30 June 2026. 2. Please provide a comprehensive list of all transmission network service providers (TNSPs) that have applied to the AER since July 2022 to 30 June 2026 to alter an active revenue determination or ''reopen'' a project budget due to capital expenditure cost overruns or delays. a. For each application, please specify the project name, the original approved cost, and the revised cost requested by the proponent. 3. What is the precise dollar increment that each approved or pending transmission cost overrun is estimated to add to a typical household electricity bill? Please break this data down explicitly by project (e.g., Project EnergyConnect, VNI West, Marinus Link, HumeLink) and by affected State jurisdiction. 4. For each transmission project listed in response to Question 26 and 27, what was the estimated customer net-economic benefit calculated during the initial Regulatory Investment Test for Transmission (RIT-T), and by how many total dollars has that estimated benefit been reduced by subsequent cost overruns?
