Question

1. Of the amount of money allocated to Hydrogen Headstart, how much is currently locked up in long-term milestone contracts for projects that have yet to reach a Final Investment Decision (FID) or begin construction? 2. What are the milestones that that correspond to the disbursement of grants for programs within the Hydrogen Headstart? 3. If Hydrogen Headstart funding is tied to actual production milestones, what happens to the allocated capital if a selected project is downsized or cancelled? Can those funds be unlocked and returned to the budget? 4. Of the projects included in the Hydrogen Headstart program, how many kilos of green or renewable hydrogen have been produced since their inclusion?
