1. Did either of Australia's two oil refineries - Ampol or Viva Energy Group - incur a 'carbon penalty' in FY2025? 2. Were either of these firms included in the 70 per cent of facilities covered by the Safeguard Mechanism whose emissions exceeded their baselines in FY 2025, thus incurring a carbon penalty?
