In relation to the Sturt River - Warripari Corridor - Metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia 1. What briefings, correspondence or departmental records does the Department hold regarding the Sturt River/Warripari corridor and any proposed restoration or re engineering works? 2. Has the Department had any engagement with the South Australian Government, local councils or other stakeholders in relation to environmental outcomes in this corridor? If so, what form has that engagement taken? 3. Are any assessments underway, or have any been completed, under the EPBC Act in relation to activities in the Sturt River/Warripari corridor? 4. Which Commonwealth programs are currently available to support urban waterway restoration, stormwater reuse or water-sensitive urban design projects? 5. Has the Department received any proposals or enquiries seeking Commonwealth support for stormwater or urban water projects in metropolitan Adelaide? 6. What data or monitoring does the Department hold on water quality, biodiversity or ecosystem health in the Sturt River catchment? 7. What role does the Department play in providing environmental advice or input when Commonwealth land, including former Defence land, is proposed for disposal or redevelopment? 8. Are environmental or water-related impacts required to be considered as part of Commonwealth land disposal processes in urban areas? 9. Has the Department provided any advice in relation to Commonwealth land holdings in or near the Warripari/Sturt River corridor? 10. What policies or programs are in place to incorporate First Nations knowledge and cultural values into waterway management and urban environmental projects?
