Question

The dairy and rice industries employ thousands of regional workers and inject hundreds of millions into the local economy, particularly in the Murray and Murrumbidgee. These industries are vulnerable as a result of water buybacks. 1. How does the Strengthening Communities Program provide options for these industries to strengthen their sustainability? 2. How does the program promote economic diversity and provide an economic lifeline to vulnerable communities?
