1. Why and how did you decide to remove the fossil fuel actions / projects (coal, petroleum) from the fast track approval pathway under the new EPBC Act? a. Did you receive any advice and when? b. Any advice from DCCEEW? Others? 2. How does that decision accord with ACCC and AEMO advice that we need more energy supply? 3. Did you consult the Energy Minister, or their department or the energy parts of the department before removing the fossil fuel actions from the fast track approval pathway? 4. It has been 6 Months since the passage of the new EPBC legislation. a. Where are the bilaterals with the State Government up to? b. How long until projects seeking approval can expect a one stop shop?
