Answer due: 16 July 2026

Question

1. Can the department (DCCEEW) provide a method-by-method transition table showing which ACCU methods currently require FullCAM 2020, which can still use 2016, whether any can yet use 2024, and when each guideline will change? 2. Which method-specific FullCAM guidelines will be updated first to enable use of FullCAM 2024, and on what timetable? 3. Has the department quantified whether moving from FullCAM 2020 to FullCAM 2024 is expected to increase or decrease ACCU yields for existing project types? 4. Has the department analysed whether projects may gain or lose credits because of updated coefficients, species calibrations, climate data or spatial layers in FullCAM 2024? 5. Will the department publish a comparison of expected abatement outcomes under FullCAM 2020 and FullCAM 2024 before any transition is required under the ACCU scheme?
