1. Does the department track the combined land footprint of projects and their required offsets? 2. Has the department assessed the cumulative land-use effect of renewable projects, transmission corridors and offsets in farming districts? 3. Can the department tell a farming district how much land is affected by the project footprint plus the offset footprint? 4. Will the new environmental offsets standards explicitly address cumulative pressure on productive farmland?
