1. What baseline data does the department hold on the EPBC approvals queue, including project numbers, elapsed times and statutory timeliness? 2. How many projects are currently in the EPBC system, and can the department break that down by sector? 3. What is the current average elapsed time from referral to final approval? 4. How many matters are currently outside statutory timeframes? 5. What measurable reduction in approval times does the department expect to deliver before the National EPA commences on 1 July 2026?
