1. Industry modelling shows water buybacks could reduce dairy processor revenue by more than $500 million annually. Has the department modelled the cumulative impact of water buybacks on dairy processing facilities in Northern Victoria? 2. How many dairy processing jobs are considered at risk under current water recovery settings? 3. Has the government assessed the sovereign manufacturing risk associated with declining milk supply in the Basin?
