Please provide the full chronology for tender 1 of the Capacity Investment Scheme, including: 1. date the original proforma contract was released; 2. date tender responses closed; 3. date successful bidders were selected; 4. date successful bidders were publicly announced; 5. date each successful bidder was first provided the updated proforma CISA; 6. date each bidder was told curtailment due to network congestion would no longer be underwritten; 7. date each contract was executed or remains unexecuted; 8. date financial close was reached or expected.
