Please provide, for each safeguard facility in 2023-24 and 2024-25: 1. facility name; 2. controlling corporation; 3. sector; 4. jurisdiction; 5. reported gross emissions; 6. baseline; 7. amount by which emissions were above or below baseline; 8. ACCUs surrendered; 9. SMCs issued; 10. SMCs surrendered; 11. net emissions; 12. whether the facility's gross emissions increased or decreased compared with the previous year.
