1. As part of the Capacity investment scheme tender 4 and merit guidelines. What checks were done to ensure the companies were actually abiding by the merit guidelines, specifically Merit Criterion 5 - Community Engagement, and Merit Criterion 9 - Social Licence Commitments? 2. Did you contact stakeholders that were listed by the companies to ensure that the information they were providing was accurate before granting the tenders? On what dates did you contact these stakeholders?
