1. Please provide the following information in relation to the Fifth Independent Review of the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000: 2. On what date was the review first provided to the Minister or the Minister's office. 3. Has DCCEEW provided any advice to the Minister or the Minister's office on the review since that date. If yes, please state the date of each brief or submission. 4. Has DCCEEW provided any advice to Government on risks to domestic waste oil collection or processing capacity if no change is made to the scheme. If yes, please state when that advice was provided. 5. Has DCCEEW undertaken any assessment of the sovereign capability or fuel security implications of a decline in domestic waste oil recycling or re-refining capacity. If yes, please identify that assessment. 6. Has DCCEEW undertaken any assessment of the risk of reduced waste oil collection in regional or remote Australia if current scheme settings remain unchanged. If yes, please identify that assessment. 7. Has the Government made a decision on whether to respond to, accept, or implement any recommendation of the review. If yes, please state the decision. If not, please state that directly. 8. When does DCCEEW expect the Government to formally respond to the review.
