1. Did Hexham Wind Farm receive Commonwealth backing under the Capacity Investment Scheme? 2. Is Wind Prospect involved in the development of Hexham Wind Farm? 3. Did the Commonwealth assess Wind Prospect's broader conduct, governance and financial position as a developer? 4. Did that assessment consider public concerns raised in relation to the Bendenine Wind Farm, including consultation, transparency, First Nations engagement and social licence? 5. Did that assessment consider the potential impact of the Bendenine project on REMOUNT and its veteran wellbeing activities? 6. Did that assessment consider any United Kingdom insolvency, restructuring, voluntary arrangement or creditor issues linked to Wind Prospect entities? 7. If none of those matters were assessed, why not?
