In relation to the program's initial phase costed at $2.3 billion in July 2025: 1. What was the government's assumed average subsidy or cost per battery unit (and per usable kilowatt-hour) in July 2025 when the program was initially costed at $2.3 billion? 2. What was the actual average subsidy or cost per battery paid by the government during between July 2025 and December 2025? 3.
