The 2026-27 Budget measure description notes that a grant under the 2023-24 Budget measure, Powering the Regions Fund - final design, will be terminated. Who was the proponent for this grant agreement? Is the grant agreement being terminated on a mutual basis? Is it costing the Commonwealth money to have the grant terminated? How much? Why is the grant agreement being terminated?
