On what dates did the Minister and department receive each of the Narungga Nation Aboriginal Corporation (NNAC) applications under sections 9, 10, 12 and 18 of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 seeking protection for the Hillside Project area and associated objects, and what is the expected timeframe for a decision on each application? 2. Has the minister responded to the NNAC application?
