In relation to the target of recovering an additional 450 GL of environmental water: 1. How is the reliability and climate resilience of environmental water entitlements being assessed? 2. What proportion of recovered water is held in low, general and high security entitlements? Reports have indicated that environmental flow targets have not been achieved despite substantial water recovery. 3. What factors have contributed to discrepancies between expected and observed environmental flows under the Basin Plan? 4. How does the Department assess current environmental flow outcomes relative to pre-Basin Plan conditions?
