Has the Integrated System Plan ever evaluated whether the Snowy 2.0 scheme delivers net benefits at a revised cost of over $12 billion? 2. ?Do any of the RIT-T cost benefit analyses for ISP Actionable Projects that connect Snowy 2.0 (such as VNI West, or HumeLink) consider a counterfactual where Snowy 2.0 is not completed? 3. ?What regulatory process or statutory document provides a test as to whether Snowy 2.0 should still be completed at new or revised prices? 4. Which transmission projects in the NEM would stand to benefit in their cost benefit analyses from having Snowy 2.0 as a committed project, with the costs sunk?
