Question

1. Does the Harbour Trust make an annual profit? 2. What have been your major expenses over the last 5 years? 3. What funding has been contributed to the Harbour Trust by the Federal Government over the past 5 years? 4. What was that allocated for? 5. The Federal government has decided to divest part of HMAS Penguin. The Harbour Trust is the manager of the adjacent former defence sites of Middle Head / Georges Heights / Chowder Bay. a. Do you see the Harbour Trust as having the capability and expertise to manage HMAS Penguin? 6. Bearing in mind that HMAS Penguin has a current 80-90% occupancy rate do you foresee adaptive re-uses for the existing buildings? 7. How much would you estimate the cost of maintaining the 6 hectares of Angophora forest on the site? 8. How much does it cost to look after native bush? Cost per annum on a per acre / ha basis?
