ABC - Sarah Ferguson EP credit

Question

1. The ABC has given evidence that Ms Sarah Ferguson has not completed any work in her capacity as the Executive Producer of the documentary, Sentient. Please provide details as to what capacity Ms Ferguson attended the premiere of the documentary at Sundance Film Festival. 2. Given revelations during Budget Estimates that Ms Ferguson was listed as the Executive Producer of Sentient in the 2023-2024 Annual Report of Screen Australia, does the ABC regard Ms Ferguson's failure to make such a disclosure a breach of any ABC policy? 3. Has Ms Ferguson been counselled in relation to failing to disclose her role as Executive Producer of Sentient, and if so, please provide details. 4. Noting Mr Stevens' concerns about putting in place conflict of interest procedures in relation to Ms Ferguson's role as Executive Producer of Sentient, please explain why no action has been taken in this regard.
