ABC - Op-eds

Question

1. Please provide all correspondence between the ABC and Professor Paula Gerber in relation to her op ed - Why the Giggle for Girls v Tickle judgement is good for trans rights and women's rights - published by the ABC on 18 May 2026, updated on 25 May 2026. Please provide all documents including those relating to the ABC's editorial assessment, its re-drafting instructions, each draft version of the op ed and identify what changes were made in the 25 May 2026 update. 2. With respect to the decision not to publish Sall Grover's op ed as reported in The Australian on 22 June 2026, was Mr Marks consulted in his capacity as Editor-in-Chief? Please provide a copy of any correspondence sent to or from Mr Marks or his office in relation to the proposed op ed by Sall Grover. If Mr Marks was not consulted, please explain why not?
