1. Please advise how many staff the ACMA had allocated to Triple Zero work prior to the increased funding from MYEFO? 2. What changes did the ACMA make to their standard operating procedures to reflect the importance of Triple Zero issues and please advise whether these changes have been sufficient so far in mitigating further errors in handling Triple Zero concerns.
