1. Over the past three years, please advise how many times the ACMA has found a breach by a gambling operator, but failed to meet the 12-month deadline to take enforcement or compliance action? 2. Over the same time period, how many times has the ACMA found breaches by gambling operators but not taken any enforcement or compliance action, due to a deadline or otherwise? 3. Does the ACMA inform gambling operators of an intention to take enforcement action? 4. Does the ACMA negotiate on fines or penalties with gambling operators? 5. Does the ACMA share media releases or statements regarding enforcement or compliance action with affected gambling operators before publishing them?
