1. Can Australia Post outline its long-term plan for the licensed post office network, particularly in regional and remote communities? 2. How many licensed post offices have closed or reduced services in the past three years? 3. Why have more than 50 services reportedly been removed from some licensed post offices without consultation with operators? 4. What assessment has been done of the community impact of service withdrawals, particularly for banking and government services? 5. Does Australia Post recognise that some licensed post offices are the only face-to-face banking option in certain communities? 6. What safeguards are in place to maintain those services? 7. Is Australia Post proposing to move all licensees to fixed-term agreements? 8. What consultation has occurred with licensees about these changes and their financial impacts? 9. As a Government Business Enterprise, how does Australia Post balance commercial objectives with obligations to regional service access? 10. Has the Government issued any direction regarding maintaining the LPO network?
