Question

1. What is the Government doing to make sure that all licensed commercial broadcasters in Australia see money out of the News Bargaining Incentive and not just a handful of news organisations? 2. What is the Government doing to make sure the total value of payments under the Incentive not only matches $250 million per year, but delivers more, given that more multi-national platforms are now making more money in Australia without producing any news themselves?
