1. Has the Department received any briefing or correspondence from Telstra, Optus or TPG on the feasibility of meeting the currently proposed timeframes in the UOMO Bill? a. If so, can these be provided to the Committee? b. Does the Department have a view on the feasibility of MNOs meeting such timeframes? 2. Does the Department have a view on how to support terrestrial infrastructure ahead of the UOMO coming into full force and being broadly available to Australian consumers? a. Has the Department received any undertakings or guarantees from the MNOs that they will continue to invest in terrestrial infrastructure, particularly in areas with less coverage?
