Question

1. How many FOI requests did the ANAO find the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts received in 2024/25, how many were refused access in part or full, and how many were 'set aside'. Please provide numbers and percentages. 2. Upon becoming Prime Minister Anthony Albanese declared that ''the Australian people deserve accountability and transparency, not secrecy''. Based on the Prime Minister's own benchmark and this report by the ANAO, has the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts delivered more accountability and transparency or more secrecy? 3. What recommendations did the ANAO make to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sport and the Arts? 4. How long will it take for the department to fully implement these recommendations? 5. What if any KPI's has the department implemented to track the implementation?
