Temporary Disaster Roaming (TDR) trial

Please provide an update on the recent Temporary Disaster Roaming (TDR) trial including a copy of the correspondence between the Department or the Minister's office and telecommunications carriers in relation to TDR since 1 February 2026. a. When will TDR be introduced? If a date cannot be provided, why not? b. Has the most recent trial been evaluated? If so, please provide a copy of the evaluation or any draft evaluation. c. Please provide a copy of the correspondence including briefs of advice from the Department to the Minister in relation to TDR and any responses from the Minister since 1 February 2026.
